Production
& Network

With two production facilities located in the northwest of Spain, Detegasa manufactures 100% of its production in Europe, while still providing some of the most quality-price competitive equipment in the market.

One of the main advantages of Detegasa is an effective blend of experience and knowledge, that allows the company to get involved in projects with the strictest requirements such as hazardous area regulations, ASME standards, shock and vibration requirements for navy vessels, and also with the most stringent notations in regards to marine pollution prevention from IMO and the different Classification Societies.

Thanks to a successful Policy of Integrated Quality Management and a continuous endeavor for improvement, Detegasa has been granted the following quality assurance certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001,PECAL/ AQAP 2110. Additionally, Detegasa continuously carries out several inspections of equipment with the presence of major Classification Societies, and has also been granted the following type approval certificates:

Sewage Treatment Plants
ABS and RMRS type approval certificates according to IMO MEPC 159(55) and IMO MEPC 227(64).

Marine Incinerators
ABS and RMRS type approval certificates according to IMO MEPC.76(40) and amendments IMO MEPC.93(45), IMO MEPC.244(66).

Oily Water Separators
DNV and DNV Clean Design for 5ppm and RMRS Type approval certificate according to IMO MEPC 107(49).
