Detegasa joins the wave of Corporate Compliance

Detegasa is always trying to improve its corporate responsibility programs and environmental awareness.

In line with the recommendations gathered in the reform of the Spanish Criminal Code, which became effective on the 1st of July 2015, Detegasa is implementing a system of CORPORATE COMPLIANCE, with the aim of preventing criminal risks.

The sole objective of the system is to prevent violations of the law, and, avoid hence, reputational losses and the company’s exposure to the severe sanctions imposed by the relevant laws. Risks shall be identified with the help and supervision of a specialized law firm.
