Within our two production facilities, we have a complete chain of production which includes machining, welding, sand blasting, painting, electrical installation, mounting and testing of the equipment.
Thanks to this, we are able to manufacture our equipment in different materials, such as mild steel or stainless steel.
In particular, the production of stainless steel equipment in Detegasa has a dedicated workshop to avoid any contamination arising from the welding of other materials.
However, it is not enough to have a space dedicated to Stainless Steel, we also have approved welders to different procedures such as SDI-001 & SDI-002 in stainless steel. These approvals allow us to get the benefits from working with this material for different applications.
In the picture, we can see the stainless steel workshop and a set of different tanks manufactured in stainless steel for the treatment of food on board ships which are yet to be finished.
In this dedicated workshop we have manufactured pressure tanks, sewage treatment plants, oily water separators and other special equipment.
